For almost 10 years Microtronic has succesfully developed, installed and supported wafer inspection and sorting systems in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Our systems are controlled by Microtronic's SITEview™ Software and handle wafers from 50 mm to 300 mm quickly and safely.
Microtronic Inspection Systems utilize the Ludl Electronics Products robotic wafer handler and the Zeiss Axiotron autofocus inspection microscope. This highly versatile inspection and defect review system is both easy to operate and powerful enough for the most seasoned microscopist. Contrasting techniques include Bright Field, Dark Field, Differential Interference Contrast (Nomarski), Confocal, Fluorescence, UV and UV Confocal.
Microtronic Sorting Systems are performing with throughput >500 wph including OCR read. They feature a small footprint, an efficient user interface and ease of service. Reliabilty is ensured by using the same proven hardware and software platform as our inspection systems.
Microtronic EAGLEview™ auto Macro Inspection Module was developed to be combined with our inspection and sorting systems. Combined with our PROCESSview wafer sleuthing software it provides full wafer images for root cause problem analysis over all process steps.
